Vendor Process
We'd love for you to join us with our next event! Register now to get connected with us. Once we receive your info we will see if your a good fit and go over where we can put you in our venue space. Each event is charged for the entire event. Pinellas Medieval Fair & Fall Fest is charged Per Weekend and you do not need to attend the full event. There are no single day options for any events. Once we invoice you, you'll want to pay it quick. The biggest mistake from vendors is to leave the invoice unpaid. Every event now fills completely and quick. A friendly reminder Your space is never reserved until invoice is paid. We typically focus on the next event on the que. Most events are full a month prior to event.
